Meet Charlston D'souza, the founder of Dream Box Photography & Films who began his carrier in wedding and events in the year 2005, with over 18 years of experience in photography & video, Charlston has built an impressive career in the industry. He discovered his passion for photography while working for Fame Adlabs, where he had the privilege of providing services to Bollywood celebrities during movie premiers.
Charlston's love for photography led him to his dream job as a photographer on luxury cruise liners like Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruise Liners, and Norwegian Cruise Liners. He quickly climbed the ladder of success to a managerial position, leading a team of 10-15 photographers and providing photo services to thousands of guests on a weekly basis. Charlston's main responsibilities included ensuring high standards of photography, guest service, and continuous training for his team members.
In 2015, Charlston resigned from his position to focus on his family commitments and continue his passion in India. Today, he brings his expertise and creativity to Dream Box, offering photo and video services for a wide range of events, from small celebrations to weddings, family portraits, and corporate events.
